Austin Bourassa

Austin graduated from Chapman University with degrees in Accounting and Entrepreneurship, and shortly after began his career at a CPA firm. There, he analyzed financial statements and performed business valuations. That background taught him a disciplined understanding of cash flow, risk, and enterprise value.

For the past five years, he has been an owner and operator of investment real estate, underwriting deals, and managing assets firsthand.

Today, he specializes as a car wash broker, advising buyers and sellers with a valuation-driven approach.
